Talking to strangers is a big NO for me but honestly sometimes I cannot resist myself to talk to other people even if strangers.

Some parents, tell their kids not to talk to strangers. and there’s no surprise to that.
For me, the one rule is “Not talk to tstrangers” so your rule here is exactly opposite as mine.
